How to Renew My Membership

Renewing your OAT membership is how you continue training, adjust your focus, or move into your next phase or program without losing momentum. All renewals are handled through the OAT website, not inside the app.

Once renewed, your coach will update your program in the OAT Fit App based on the choices you make during checkout.

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

Start by logging into your OAT account on the website.

  1. Go to outdooradventuretraining.com
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner
  3. Enter the same email address you used when signing up

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your member dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Renewal Page

From your account dashboard:

  • Hover over the Subscription tab, and click Renewal.
  • This will take you to the Renew Your Membership page, where all renewal options are listed.

Step 3: Choose Your Renewal Option

You’ll see multiple renewal options (3, 6, or 12 months). Each option includes:

  • Continued access to all OAT training programs
  • Ongoing coach support and program adjustments
  • In-app progress tracking
  • The ability to switch programs or phases during your membership

Select the option that best matches your upcoming season and training goals, then complete checkout.

Step 4: Complete the Renewal Checkpoint Form

After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a short Renewal Checkpoint form.

This form tells your coach:

  • What program or phase you want to focus on next
  • Whether you want to continue where you left off, restart, or switch directions
  • When you’d like your updated program to begin

Once submitted, your coach will update your training plan in the OAT Fit App.

Typical turnaround:

Your program updates are completed within 1–2 business days, often sooner.

What Renewal Allows You To Do

Renewing your membership isn’t just extending time, it’s an opportunity to recalibrate.

Common reasons athletes renew:

  • Transitioning into a new training phase
  • Switching programs for a new objective
  • Resetting after travel, illness, or a busy season
  • Staying consistent through changing goals

You don’t need to have everything figured out before renewing! The checkpoint form gives us what we need to guide the next step.
