OAT is the bomb! The workouts are super accessible and fun, and the app is rad and makes it easy to stay on track. I've been on the program for a couple months now and I've never felt stronger. If you have ever considered using a personal trainer to help you climb big mountains or just train for any kind of outdoor adventure, I highly recommend going with this company. My trainer, Mikey, is very knowledgeable and highly detailed in providing me with the support I need to prepare for big mountains. With his help, I was able to summit Mount Whitney as well as survive a 7 day trek through the Andes mountains earlier this year! You won’t be disappointed with the training you receive here.
