Your free trial activates the moment you sign up. Full program access, coaching, and community are available immediately. Programs are structured to start on Mondays, so your first workout drops on the Monday following your signup. The days between signup and your first Monday are still part of your trial, giving you time to explore the app, message your trainer, and get familiar with the program before Week 1 begins. If you'd like to start before the next Monday, just send your trainer a message in the app and they can make that happen. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged.
