  • 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching session with a certified OAT nutrition coach
  • Review of 5–7 days of food tracking (MyFitnessPal or equivalent)
  • Personalized fueling strategy PDF based on your goals and training needs
  • Macronutrient and calorie breakdown specific to endurance performance
  • Downloadable tools: grocery list, tracking templates, and intake guides
  • 14 days of direct messaging support post-session for feedback and adjustments

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step guidance on how to begin food tracking and how to book your first Zoom coaching session.

You’ll have 30 days to complete your coaching session and wrap up the Trailhead Nutrition Program—move at your own pace and message your coach anytime.
