The Summit Nutrition Program is our most comprehensive nutrition coaching experience, designed for outdoor athletes who want personalized support, real-time feedback, and a plan that adapts to their training and recovery needs. Built around your goals and daily routine—this is how you eat for performance.

What’s Included:

  • Two 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions with your OAT nutrition coach
  • Initial and follow-up food intake reviews (5–7 days each)
  • Personalized fueling strategy with macro, calorie, and nutrient timing guidance
  • Micronutrient analysis and targeted adjustments for recovery and performance
  • Complete resource bundle: PDFs, grocery guides, meal-building templates, and more
  • Ongoing messaging support for 3 full weeks to help you implement and refine your plan
  • Priority access for questions, feedback, and progress-based tweaks along the way

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with setup instructions, tracking guidance, and a direct link to book your first coaching session.

You’ll have 45 days to complete the full Summit Nutrition Program, including both coaching calls and support phases.
