OAT is the bomb! The workouts are super accessible and fun, and the app is rad and makes it easy to stay on track. I've been on the program for a couple months now and I've never felt stronger. So cool! If you're training for a mission or just want to get on a sweet program to up your fitness and mobility then I would HIGHLY recommend OAT, its the bomb.

I could not be happier with Mikey’s program and the care he takes to help me reach my outdoor adventure goals. If you have ever considered using a personal trainer to help you climb big mountains or just train for any kind of outdoor adventure, I highly recommend going with this company. My trainer, Mikey, is very knowledgeable and highly detailed in providing me with the support I need to prepare for big mountains. With his help, I was able to summit Mount Whitney as well as survive a 7 day trek through the Andes mountains earlier this year! You won’t be disappointed with the training you receive here.

Outdoor Adventure Training is amazing! They have really helped my strength and endurance as a professional mountain guide as well as on personal trips. Additionally, my trainer has helped me improve my flexibility and mobility which was very limited due to breaking my leg years ago.
